At Sam’s Butcher Shop we make all of our smokehouse items small batch, and you can taste that freshness with every bite!  Please allow us up to 1 week to prepare your order.

Kielbasa is the classic Polish smoked sausage, consisting of “medium grind” pork and flavored simply with garlic, salt, and pepper.  This delicious sausage blend is stuffed into a natural casing and smoked for five hours with cherry wood, which imparts a deep, reddish color.

All smokehouse meats are fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 F.

    Delicious!! My husband’s family is from PA near Scranton. This kielbasa is just like we enjoyed there. It is garlicky and just plain delicious! Great customer service and care for the product and customer!

    Ordered some on a recommendation from a friend, super happy I did. The sausage is smokey and well spiced. Terrific sausage, I absolutely will buy again.

    I was born and grew-up in Wilkes-Barre PA but moved to Texas then Georgia. I have been looking for good Kielbasa ever since I moved and have found nothing that comes close in these states. I am so glad I found Sam's Butcher Shop that can ship me Kielbasa that brings back memory's of that perfect old world Kielbasa taste!

    I like to peel the casing off, split and fry in a little oil. serve with fried eggs and crispy hash browns. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
