Smoked Capon from Pallman Farms (PA) - 9 lbs

Small Batch, Made Fresh!  These fresh capons are raised at Pallman Farms (Clarks Summit, PA): https://pallmanfarms.com/farm-fresh-turkeys-capons/  Over the course of a 12 hour period, the capons are smoked with cherry wood and then slow cooked.  The starting weight is 12 lbs and the final weight after smoking is 9 lbs.  Just heat and serve this fully cooked, moist, smoked capon and avoid all of the hassles of cooking one.
