    This is my favorite bacon from Sam's. It is versatile in use for breakfast, salads, sandwiches, great with a sharp Wisconsin cheddar. Easily prepared and just the right amount of fat.

    I wish I could express how much I love this Canadian Bacon. But you would have to watch me eating it and the smile on my face. Great for Eggs Benedick, Thick sliced baked with slice of pineapple, juice and brown sugar. It is great just anyway you fix it.

    It Looks Meaty, Because It Is

    This bacon is well worth the price. It is lean and meaty, and extraordinarily tasty. I used some to make dinner for my adult son and me. (I'd never have done that any other sort of bacon.) It was perfect. My son asked what we were having. He did not truly believe bacon could be so lean. I had to add butter to cook it, and will order it, repeatedly.
