Small Batch, Made Fresh!  Please allow us 1 week to prepare your order.  An Italian style pork roast seasoned with garlic, pepper, and your choice of fennel or sage. The porchetta’s fork tender consistency results from many hours of slow cooking on low heat.  Re-heat in the oven on 325 F to an internal temperature of 125 F, and check the temperature every half hour.  It should take at least one hour to fully re-heat.

    Far and away the best tasting and textured pork we've ever eaten. Simply warm it in the oven and it's ready for a perfect dinner presentation. Family and friends raved about it!

    Not the first time I've ordered thru Sam which should say that a returning customer is a happy customer. We have ordered amnyt times and have never been disappointed.

    We didn’t taste any stuffing at all but the porcettas were delicious!!!! Just couldn’t crisp the skin.

    Have ordered up to 5 at a time for a larger party. Mostly Italian guests. Everyone raved about Sam's Porchetta. Over the years have order maybe a total of 20 - 25. Quality is always the same. Buckboard bacon is also one of my favorites. Thanks Sam. From Holly, MI.
