Cold smoked with cherry wood, this peppered American cheese has the same sharp flavor that all Cooper products have, but with a nice bit of zing from the fresh cracked black pepper.

I tried the smoked peppered cooper cheese for the first time & really liked it. It has a nice subtle smoky flavor with a little peppery kick. It is not too spicy. It adds a nice kick to salads, & even goes well with Sam's smoked salmon on a bagel. I highly recommend it!
