While my product list is quite extensive, there are countless varieties of specialty meats in the marketplace. Within one product category alone, such as pulled pork barbecue, there are many variations. So, if you would like a product that's not currently on the list, I can arrange to make it for you. I will locate recipes and make test batches. If the testing phase reveals a product that you would like to offer at your establishment, I will then move forward with production.
