Artisan meat products for your
business
I make a large variety of fresh and smoked meat products, all
of which are lean and distinctively flavored. They are sold as both standalone items
and in prepared foods like sandwiches and soups. Because I use
hardwoods in an old fashioned smokehouse, the products have a rich smoked
flavor that is far superior to that of commercially processed
meats. While I have a strong following, my growth potential is
extremely limited in a small and remote town like Moscow, PA.
Therefore, I would like to operate as an on-site processor for an existing
business in a larger community. In such a scenario, I would provide all
of my own meat processing equipment and function as an independent
contractor. For each product category
(smoked sausages, luncheon meats, etc.), I would charge a flat rate per
pound. Are you interested in offering these products to your
