Refund/Return Policy
If an order is not delivered within three days from when it is shipped, with the ice packs mostly thawed, I will refund the order in full due to potential spoilage. Requests for refunds due to dissatisfaction not related to spoilage will be reviewed on a case by case basis. I do not accept returns.
Shipping & Packaging
I use FedEx Ground shipping and all meat products are shipped in insulated containers with cold packs. In order to limit shipping time and ensure freshness, I restrict my shipping range to 2 days or less. Therefore, purchases are only available to those living in the following states: AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, ME, MA, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VT, VA, WV and parts of AR, IA, MO, MS, WI. In the FedEx Ground Service Map below, areas highlighted in red and light blue are included in the shipping range. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of the products you purchase and are as follows: 10 lbs or less = $25, 11-20 lbs = $30, 21-30 lbs = $35, 31-40 lbs = $55, over 40 lbs = $60.
