    The smoked meat bundle is a good value for money. There are no other places on the web with this type of product as of now. Taste is excellent, not too salty, smoke is natural, much less chemicals than processed store packaged meat.

    I must first mention that my husband is very particular about the quality of his kielbasa. Coming from a Polish family and the tradition of Christmas smoked kielbasa, he had "hunted" for a product that would meet his expectations ! And then he discovered Sam's on the internet about 5 years ago. We have been so pleased!
    This is the third year that we have given family presents of smoked meat bundles to our son's and my sister's families. They love the meats and enjoy them through the year. I ask them ahead of time to decide their choices and then give them the bundles at Christmas. A big hit!

    Sam's smoked products are excellent in every way and Sam is very responsive to all questions and requests.Everything is superb, the packaging, the shipping and the expedited delivery to get it to me on the date that I want it for maximum freshness.

    Ok... let me tell you about myself.. I love good meat. I smoke competition grade meat or Iberian ribs. I spent over 20 years as enlisted military member, and I still work for Uncle Sam. I said to myself one day I’m not going to eat crappy food anymore. I found Sam’s butcher shop online, and I order 10 pounds of his meat. I’ve so far had some of his boneless ribs and sausage, and I’m a fan.

    Hello Sam,

    I just wanted to let you know that we received everything ok! First, the packaging was outstanding and I could see it was done with care. Everything was refrigerator cold and fresh. Secondly, the meats being shrink wrapped is perfect with nice labeling. And finally, the meats ordered with the 10lbs special are outstanding! I opened a Kielbasa bacon package and my lady and I had some pieces cold; so yummy and she wanted me to hurry up and make the boneless ribs. So, I opened them and heated them in a saute pan with a dribble of water until nicely warmed up. Served with homemade sauerkraut and potato salad and mustard and BBQ sauce. WOW, WOW, WOW... the smoking is perfect fresh and reminds us of the smoke houses in Lithuania growing up... You loving touched our stomachs, minds and hearts. It is nice to purchase from a small family business in this modern world. WE WILL BE BACK FOR MORE... I think we will get 20 lbs! And we will spread the word around about you. God bless and thank you for GREAT service and product.

    Everything we try from Sam's is the best we have had. I have tried many of the premium country hams and Sam's is just better. He knows how to balance salt and smoke which is EVERYTHING. Don't hesitate, just order !

    He loved everything: "best bacon I've ever tasted"!
    "these boneless ribs are so delicious, it would be a crime to put BBQ sauce on them"

    The breakfast sausage, pork shoulder bacon, and kielbasa bacon are all incredible! The sausage makes a great sausage biscuit sandwich and the kielbasa bacon is perfect for eggs benedict. But the killer product thus far has been the smoked brats. They are simply to die for. Or is it the andoullie? Or kielbasa? And that is why this 10 lb bundle is such a good deal!

    Back in the day my grandfather would butcher a couple hogs and smoke the meat. Sam's products take me back about 45-50 years to my early childhood. Great stuff.

    I spent a long time looking for authentic smoked meats. Sam's andouille is featured in many of my best recipes, like Jambalaya and baked beans done in a Lodge cast iron pot. The smoked pork shoulder and chops go into many of my other dishes as an accent flavor. I suggest splitting the amount of smoked meat put in and add the 2nd half 10 minutes before serving to get the best smoke flavor.

    Got a 10 lb pack and some duck fat last week. It included bratwurst, shoulder bacon, smoked cheddar, kielbasa ring and grillers, and andouille.

    The kielbasa took me back to the local products made in western PA so many years ago. Sadly, they're all long-gone, displaced by the big boys (one of whom uses chicken, a criminal offense imho).

    The brats were great, mild but flavorful.

    The standout sausage was the andouille! Full of flavor, heat and character unlike any I've had before. They can stand up to any recipe and will shine through. Puts the commercial products to shame.

    The bacon & cheese...well, they're a natural pairing and when combined with an over-medium egg in a sandwich, I had to have a second.

    The duck fat elevates roasted potatoes to a new level. At Easter dinner, the guests made them disappear quickly. Boil skin-on potatoes that have been cut in half in salted water until almost cooked through. Place on a sheet and press a fork into each to expose some surface area and top with a tiny amount of fat (a little garlic is a nice variation). The fat will melt and flow into the grooves. Fire them in a 425 degree oven for a few minutes until crisp.

    I'm already looking forward to my next order to try other products.

    I've been ordering from Sam since 2009 with nothing but high satisfaction with his products and service. I've enjoyed many a 10-pound bundle of bacon and sausages too.
